CENALIS is a non-profit organization (NGo) whose interests are based on increasing the effectiveness of research, promoting innovation, rural development and uniting socio-cultural conditions in Indonesia. With CENALIS, globally competitive inventions and innovations are expected to be achieved, promoting sustainable development and the welfare of the livestock and rural sectors.
VISION
The vision of CENALIS is the realization of a research institution, marketing innovation and village-based development that is professional, scientifically powerful and useful for a just and prosperous nation and state.

- Improving the professionalism of ethical researchers in research
- Fighting for intellectual rights in development and assessment
- Provide access to research superstructure and infrastructure to researchers
- Building synergies between researchers of Research Institutions of Ministries, Non-Ministerial Institutions, Regency / City Governments, Private Parties, and International Institutions to produce science and technology as the basis for national development policies.
- Incorporating innovations that are useful for the community based on research results
- Encourage the improvement and development of active community participation with stakeholders so that rural development can be realized.
